Products

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product photographs, videos, colours, descriptions and other information accurately represent our products.

However, actual colours may vary slightly due to photography, lighting and differences in mobile or computer displays.

Sarees and textiles may also have minor variations in weave, texture, zari, print placement or finishing arising from the nature of the fabric or manufacturing process. These will be assessed reasonably and do not affect your statutory rights where an item is actually defective or not as described.

Orders &Payments

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) unless otherwise specified.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available. Orders must be prepaid using the payment options available on our website.

An order is considered confirmed after the applicable payment and order-confirmation process has been successfully completed.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact TENORA as soon as possible.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

TENORA may cancel an order because of circumstances such as stock unavailability, payment issues or genuine technical/pricing errors. If a prepaid order is cancelled by TENORA, the applicable amount paid will be refunded.

Returns and Exchanges

As a general store policy, TENORA does not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, colour preference, personal preference, or similar reasons.

However, if you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially misdescribed product, please contact us according to our Refund Policy.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Indian consumer law.

Shipping

TENORA currently offers free shipping on eligible orders covered by this policy.

Orders are normally dispatched within 1–2 working days and generally delivered within approximately 5–7 working days after dispatch, depending on the delivery location and courier service.

Intellectual Property

TENORA's original photographs, videos, logo, branding, graphics and website content may not be reproduced or commercially used without permission except as permitted by law.
